Simon truly epitomizes the all purpose dog. Wether it be the nightly "putting the ducks "to bed", pushing the neighbors cattle back when the fence goes down or helping out as we do chores around the yard, Simon loves to be in the midst of it all.
The consummate showman, Simon has inherited the "I'm special gene" that has come down through the generations of his pedigree. With his effortless movement, impeccable foot timing and his ring presence that demands attention, Simon has pointed or reserved every weekend he has been shown.
Watching him trot around the yard with his litter mates as a puppy, I would think, "I need a black tri dog like I need a hole in my head". Now, he has matured into the yardstick that we now measure all males to.
